When will I receive my Shell Escape points?
You should receive your Shell Escape points within three (3) to four (4) months after your policy begins. Please note in the event that an incorrect Shell Escape Cardnumber is provided, it might take longer for you to receive your points.
What happens if I have not received my Shell Escape points?
If your policy began more than 4 months ago and you are yet to receive your Shell Escape points, please call the DirectAsia customer service hotline at 6603 3636 for help.
What can I redeem my Shell Escape points on?

What happens if I did not activate my Shell Escape benefits at the point of purchasing a DirectAsia motor insurance policy?
Shell Escape Cardmembers who did not activate their Shell Escape benefits at the point of purchase will have a grace period of 14 calendar days from the policy start date to call into the DirectAsia customer service hotline at 6603 3636 to tag their Shell Escape Cardnumber to their relevant motor insurance policy, failing which the Offer will not be applicable.
What if I do not have my Shell Escape Cardnumber on hand at the point of purchasing a DirectAsia motor insurance policy?
Shell Escape Cardmembers who do not have their Shell Escape Cardnumber at the point of purchase will have a grace period of 14 calendar days from the policy start date to call into the DirectAsia customer service hotline at 6603 3636 to tag their Shell Escape Cardnumber to their relevant motor insurance policy, failing which you will not be entitled to the Shell Escape benefits.

If you are an existing DirectAsia motor insurance customer who wishes to activate your Shell Escape benefits during the course of your policy term, you must call the DirectAsia customer service hotline at 6603 3636 to provide DirectAsia with your Shell Escape card number. Please note that the Shell Escape benefits will take effect upon your next policy renewal.
